Tips for showings!
-Fresh flowers are an excellent choice for a few key locations for showing your home
-Turn on all lights
-Open all blinds, draperies, shutters
-Make sure all beds are made, floors are clean, and sinks and counters are wiped clean
-Please close all toilet lids!!!!!
-Remove anything pet related including the pet
-Do not leave a candle burning, bake cookies prior to leaving the house if possible (most buyers complain about smells)

Final Walk Through to Close
Kristen will schedule the final walk through of the property. She will walk the entire property with you to make sure it is how the contract states it should be. This is the last opportunity to confirm that the items on the request for repairs have been completed and nothing has been removed from the property that was supposed to stay.
